Juan Ramirez, Hospitality Partner

Juan is currently the GM at London’s Fallow where is focuses on developing a team that reinforces the award-winning Chef Jack Croft’s culinary vision.  

Juan trained at Drew Nieporent’s NYC classic, Tribeca Grill where he became an Assistant Manager and Training Manager.  He then went on to work for Chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex group where is served as the Opening Manager for the first Bar Boulud in Manhattan as well as the opening GM for Bar Boulud London.  He set the service standards that are adhered to at all of the Bar Boulud’s globally.
